Staff salaries remain stagnant, with increases not exceeding 3%, even as inflation rates soar above 6%. This disparity between compensation and rising living costs puts a strain on the workforce. It's disheartening to see that while employees are struggling to make ends meet, the CEO and directors have received around a 100% raise in their salaries. This stark contrast in compensation raises questions about the company's priorities and its commitment to the well-being of its employees.

Working as a manager can be a rewarding experience, but it certainly has its ups and downs. The role offers a lot of responsibility, which can be both fulfilling and overwhelming. You have the opportunity to lead a team, shape the direction of projects, and help others grow in their careers. There’s a sense of accomplishment when goals are met, and seeing your team succeed is one of the best parts of the job.

However, managing people also comes with its challenges. Balancing the needs of the team while meeting the demands of higher-ups can be difficult. Sometimes, the pressure to perform and manage expectations from all sides can become stressful. Communication can also be tricky, as not everyone on the team may be on the same page, which leads to misalignment or tension.

Constant changes to production. Zero stability

Not very positive. High management has zero concerns other than other high management

Cancelling and moving orders. Back and forth ALL THE TIME

Hope to do something good, but it was very difficult.

Daily upside down strategy. Start a job, but not sure if you'll finished it.

Friendly at surface...different in reality.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Meeting in the morning, then work on your project, and looking for informations.

Major lack of organisation. Way to many new people had been hired vs people with experience. What they tell you in the interview and training is a far cry from reality!!  Basically it’s how the would like things to be and not what they are.  Building buses for kids by people who can barley use the tools!! 

It isn’t a very stable job, they switch your position every 2 months and when you start getting used to working in one department you have to get used to working in another. They try to fix problems that were never there only to create more which is going to completely change they way things get done. I wouldn’t not recommend working there but at the same time it isn’t a great place to stay. 

If you build the right internal network, you will work with motivated engineers that truly want the product to succeed. 

Great place to learn. Lack of process can make it difficult to navigate, next steps are not always obvious and workforce is lacking experience. If you have a plan, people will help you achieve it.

Nothing admin does not care when you see aproblem lack of teamwork between admin and floor


What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
There is no back up at all you are on youe own the union is on the admins side

There is high staff turn over
Overall company have no established process
There are many malicious people in position of power

The product is great nevertheless
Hope their growth will be better manage in the future

Missing some tools, sometimes you have to ask your co-workers to use tools and it can break focus, but overall it is a really great place to work and everyone is respectful.
