Great place to start your career in trucking. Hiring process is very smooth and fast, within a week you are behind the wheel making good miles. Management is super awesome and supportive, you are a name not a driver number at Little Rock. Maintenance is a priority and done as it should be. Equipment is  new and clean with no slip seating. Pay is always on time and if any issues is dealt with quickly and friendly. I would recommend to anyone to drive for Little Rock.

 I worked here enthusiastic to drive for a local, small operator. Dishonesty and non transparency is the main problems. 
I referred another driver who also did not stay with the company due to terms that were not follow through and paid fairly. Internal employee conflicts of interest with family members and internal negative comments made from non-family members that have to deal with internal issues which affect everybody down the road.

Staff friendliness and open door policy.

They are always ready to listen to a problem but slow to fix problem. 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Relatively good environment to work in. 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Wake up. Drive. Load or unload.  Drive.  Eat. Sleep. Do again.

This is a family owned company in a small town area cost of living is generally lower than the GTA area been here 3 yrs and they look after me.  I drove on the highway for years and came here as a regional driver and am home most days but if I choose to stay in the truck I do.  Weekends off you do have long days some short.  Time off when you need.    It’s like any company you take the good with the bad. 

Newer well maintained equipment, excellent runs, hands on owner, good dispatchers, meal allowance, very rarely is there a problem with paperwork, driver friendly e log.

They are well organized in dispatch. 99% of the time they have a return load before you get to your destination. Dispatchers and Management always considers drivers needs to ensure we have a good balanced work and home life.
If we needed time off they always worked out a solution.

With focus on the drivers and their well being makes Little Rock Farm Trucking a great place to work.  Always finding new ways to make life on the road easier for the drivers. Maintenance on the trucks is excellent and number one priority.

Employee reviews are critical for insight and witness of what goes on behind the curtain. If employers were honest and managed ethically more people would stay and the job culture would be motivating. 

was a great opportunity to see Canada and the U.S., While making good money!  tight time lines and scheduling keeps the drivers moving.  Great dispatch, he used to drive long haul himself so he understood the drivers situations.  That was a great asset!

I would not recommend anyone to drive for little rock. I drove there for15 years. They don't care about the driver. Just themselves. Your never home on the weekends unless you book them off in advance. you are out for 2 to 3 weeks at a time. Never know when your leaving or coming home
