Good working environment. Great and helpful staff.  Has state-of-the art equipment. Has learned new techniques. Excellent extended health benefits. Upward and downward communications are held regularly. Managers and supervisors are approachable any time. Had great experience but quite short due to unexpected shortage of work.

Stayed there for a long period of time because of the awesome workmates and exceptional Supervisor. Bonuses are great and the benefits as well.

No sense of job security as they lay couple of people off during slow production season.

Sometimes we are busy and sometimes not, I learned how to trouble shoot machine, good management, we have multi cultural environment, the hardest part of my job is when the machine is having a problem, and my most enjoyable part of the job is when there's a get together and we have a chance to relax a little bit by going outside with the co-workers.

Great mission driven company, good and dedicated employees. Good work/life balance most of the time but like any other growing company, workload can be difficult at times..... Good benefits and wellness initiatives.

this job needs significant attention to detail. good eye-hands co-ordination. busy and fast paced. as a team lead you can learn some management skills, work independently and accomplish the job target by working as a team as well.

With manufacture of medical devices the environment is highly regulated and controlled; there is a learning curve to this new way of working. Change takes effort but the team supports and succeeds at this. An intelligent friendly group of people here.

Learned new things, professionalism workplace, fastpace, time management. The company gave extra bonuses in the end of the year and increase salary every 6 months. A great leadership and mentors and my supervisor.
