I had a great experience working with Live Nation as part of the front-of-house team,. The fast-paced environment allowed me to develop strong customer service skills, and I enjoyed interacting with concertgoers. The team was supportive, and management provided clear instructions, which made the work enjoyable. It’s a perfect role for anyone who thrives in an energetic atmosphere and loves live music. There were always opportunities to take on different tasks, keeping the job fresh and exciting.

Over the years I have learned that the Job or work field is where you learn to be a great employee to your team members and leaders. Consistently provide the great working experience to complete task and provide great customer /client care relationships. I am a fast learner with great knowledge of what it take to complete a deadline and know that month end closings are where ones should be the most consistent to solving and fixing issues that may arise

I worked as an Accountant at Live Nation which is a great company to work for with their benefits and culture. The management are very nice and the office is in a great location by the Olympic Village. The perks of going to see a lot of the shows and big artist was great.

One thing is you have to work more than the typical 9-5 at times and sometimes on weekends during month end. 

It is definitely a place were you work hard and play hard.

Working at LN provided a terrific insight into management of a live entertainment industry: management, budgeting and cost accounting of large-scale tours, administration of payroll and banking procedures. The most enjoyable part of the job was attendance of the concerts, where I could evaluate the grand scale of the effort and work involved into putting a show like that together and presenting it to a mass viewer.

over thinking the job. Everyones there to help!!!

its like the family reunion with 300+ family members.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
working and having fun at the same time, even a due moment!!

Gates staff and ushering guests to sections & seats. Learned how to work in fast pace and crowded venues for shows of varying capacities. Lots of support if needed if you're open, honest and transparent. Hardest part would be dealing with inclement weather until the venues are upgraded to full year round but it's still fun nonetheless. You get to meet so many people from all walks of life and everyone is valued no matter past experience they bring. 

Livenation cares more about their bottom line than you. I love the techs I work with, but we’re all underpaid and under appreciated. Unless you’re a salary employee (audio and lighting techs and stage managers are not) LN will cap your hours before giving you any OT and there’s no guarantee for work during slow season. You’ll likely make an ok hourly but if you’re looking for steady work this isn’t it

Hours are long, over-time is non-existent, company only cares about shareholders.

The staff is great but management is unaware of what they ask of employees and are often rude and inconsiderate.

There is very little room for advancement. Staff is considerate dispensable and is treated that way.

This is not a glamorous 'show business' gig, there are a lot of big egos who take credit for your work.

THE HAPPINESS IS ABSOLUTLY ENERGENTIC AND ALSO AN AMAZING GROUP OF PEOPLE

the amount of people can get to be much but its well worth it

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
get to work work watch a little show cheap food and sometimes free concerts

Everyday is a different day. I could be catering for concerts, picking up musicians/actors from the airport, festival greeting to even office work. 
Best part of the job is meeting new people. The worst part is when the work is over and the new people you met have to leave. You make friends along the way and build connections with people. Now when certain chefs come back to the area, they request me personally because of my work ethic.
