I have been with LiveXchange since 2007. I work many many hours as the pay rate is minimal. However, when I first started out I made alot of money. But that contract pay was revised, that earning potential is no longer available. I am a very dedicated individual and any company that offers me a position, will not regret it. The one thing I love about this job is the people that I provide service to. I try to make them smile. I have formed many relationships with other remote agents sharing experiences throughout the different contracts that I have worked. The hardest part of the job is putting in all the hours and not getting what I feel that I am worth. The most enjoybable part of this, is providing customer service and being at home where my family is.

Having the option to create your own work schedule is great. What's not so great is making less than half of the legal minimum wage per hour because you are only paid for the orders placed. Example: in one hour there are 10 orders out of 50 calls taken. They only pay fifty cents per order and DON'T pay for any other call types taken. So even though you've handled 50 calls during that hour, you get paid five dollars. A total sham when they are advertising that the average pay per hour is eight to ten dollars. It's very common to work twenty or more hours a week and only bring home seventy dollars. They should be sued.

This is a work at home based company. It contracts out various job for people to work from home. I personally have really enjoyed working with them.
I moved relatively quickly in being promoted through my contract position that I currently have with them.
My co-workers and supervisors are great.
The hardest part about the job is that it is a remote enviroment.
The most enjoyable part is that it's flexable with work hours

You got to set your own schedule.  You didn't have to leave the comfort of your home.  If something came up you could easily put your shifts up and someone usually took them.  Management was accessible via chat, so if you had any problems you just went into chat.  You got to know your co-workers through chat too.  The hardest part of the job for me was no face to face contact.  Also when there systems went down you where never compensated for your time.  I loved the ease to get to work no matter what the weather, all I had to do was turn on my computer in my house.

If you need to be with your family like I did, Livexchange provides this. Unfortunately, you will barely be able to etch out a living as a contract agent. Therefore, Livexchange is great way to earn extra pocket change, but you will not be able to earn a living or support a family with this company. Great for HighSchool and College kids who want extra money for the weekend. Not for people who need to support their family.

Courses /classes expensive to take/answered incoming inbound calls for roadside service, took orders for Pizza Hut, worked for a political party doing surveys, hardest part of job was trying to get feedback from the chat monitors online.

It took a leap of faith and it turned out to be the best team I have ever worked with. If you are looking for a short-term gig with some growth opportunities, this is s good start to supplement your current job. 

I managed to get 3 different Gigs to work on and I get to build my own schedules...but I do have minimums to work but the flex scheduling lets me control when I work. They have lots of different Gigs to choose from so I can always change gigs If I don't like one.

As a student, this position allows me to gain valuable customer service experience while able to work around my school schedule and still maintain good hours and pay.

If u don't mind working from the comfort of ur home. Pay is great. lots of incentives,  Many room to grow and lots of jobs to select from. Pay in always on time
