What is the best part of working at the company?
The respect that was given to me by my bosses.

Sometimes the speed required to keep four machines Filled from the Melt Shop was a little difficult but usually manageable.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
The environment and culture of the company steadily improved over the time that I was an employee there.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
A typical day at the company was pretty steady and at times some challenges would come up to keep the day interesting and entertaining.

What is the best part of working at the company?
Lots of good people, opportunity for advancement, great pension. 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Overall skill level needs to increase to take some of the stress off of support groups and go to individuals 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
A lot of effort is being taken to build a strong community. 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Very busy, support groups spend a lot of time going from one issue to the next.

If you like being paid every week.  This place does it. Most of the people are great to work with. Hot environment but keeps you busy when machines actually run. When it comes to management. Absolutely lackluster. Incompetent "important employees" who have no title but act as management. This place is a massive revolving door as it has a hard time keeping employees.

Really Absolutely Nothing!!!!!

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Lack of what is needed to run the place. The thought of not getting paid

Absolutely terrible, shocking 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
You never know until u get there

Horrible communication. I worked here for 2 years and all they do is promise promise promise. They can't hire or keep people so mostly you have to do the job of 2-3 people with no thank yous. There isn't parts and most people are so far away and complain about gas prices and they do NOT pay well.  

If you like getting paid on time and accurately then this is not the place for you. Management does not communicate at all with each other. They will work you so hard and if you don't jump when you want then you get put on the hardest jobs. Very stressful place and that is why they have high turnover. It will always be your fault. 

Relatively new company with clearly high hopes and expectations but lacking in experienced and skilled manpower. Very hard to get people to work in this relatively remote location. Goodluck to everyone working there and the company. 

Newer company that finds it hard to retain employees. The location is far for 90% of the employees. Management team has changed already and they have little diecast experience.

I work here but am desperately seeking new employment elsewhere. The moral is shockingly low, the management team is bad and the drive is horrible in the winter. Save yourself the hassle of having to quit and just don’t apply here. 

good place and good people, not really close to London but I love the schedule, It’s a fair job for my, maybe I could find same kind of job in london because the paid is regular wage but it’s fine for now :)
