What is the best part of working at the company?
The best part is being able to build long term relationships with coworkers and the individuals we support. Our agency supports relationship building through group activities and events as well as overall company culture.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
There really isn’t a lot of stress, usually. Even when someone is struggling with behaviors, staff feel well supported while helping the person solve the issue causing the current concern.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
It is a supportive environment.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Calm and fun, for the most part.

What is the best part of working at the company?
The activities that they set up for individuals are cool and interesting 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Ceiling lift people does not have a policy that it should be 2 people working together

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
It’s a home environment that you feel comfortable dealing with the individuals

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Monday-Friday  because they go to day program and you have a chance to do some errands at the house

LoSeCa foundation is well balanced on catering both the wellness of their clients and employees. This foundation follows up to its policy and procedures that ensures the safety and equality of all that is envolve. There are tons of paperworks but each has its purpose and a must to be completed. 

This is the place where you work to help make difference to both yourself and the community.

Working with 40 adults with disabilities and minor physical disabilities 
Best part of the day is the relationships with the individuals and seeing them achieve their goals 
Hardest part of the day is to deal with behaviors and situations of concern

Poor management 
Ripping Government money for the sake of those victim clients, collect donations and volunteers. The money goes to the pocket of those they called them selves management. 
They give schedule only less than 30 so you won't quality for benefits but you end up working by picking open shifts more than full-time time. 
Poor management I feel sorry for the victim clients 

LoSeCa is a great place to work and they trained their staff very well. They are concerned about their staff wellbeing and always finding ways to multivite their staff.

I have enjoyed work at this place. Staff interaction was super. Supervisory interaction was friendly. Occasional free lunches and treats. Overall friendship environment.
