Local café and Restaurant

typical day of work was 5 days a week, and learned relaxed environment and friendly but formal customer service skills. However the break time was not enough so it was a little bit of problem but i could managed my condition with enough break before go to work. With treating guests, it was little bit hard with group guests who have some allergy, then i trying verify if they have any allergy and take car of them and they liked it and come back! Most enjoyable time is the time when i encountering guest and become felt closed between guests and i.

on the day of the long weekend. I learned so many things about how to manage a room as quickly as possible. on that day hotel management, all staff members were very busy. the main motive of all of us was cleaning the rooms and ready them for the guests as soon as possible. but the mess in some of the rooms creates difficulty for all of us. the most interesting part is we were their together as well our manager was there for helping us.

It was really tiring, I learned how to make 3 types of pizzas and I managed the vegetable station once.The management there was great everyone there were really nice, it was a nice and neat restaurant. 

The hardest part was trying to make a hole in the pizza dough, I made a lot of holes. 

The most enjoyable part was the party I had at the end.

The restaurant kitchen was clean and tidy.  The working schedule was always negotiable.  The chefs were very considerate and always treated us with respect and willing to listens to our opinions.  I enjoyed working there so much.

Lunch is usually busy.
We learn how to greet guests correctly, make recommendations, and serve.
It brings practical learning for students willing to get their first job in the hospitality field.

Local coffee and Restaurant is a amazing work place for students who work and study hospitality program at Centennial College. It does not required alot of skills so that it is the good place for training and studying.

As it was a part of my studies i have learnt s many things about food serving and handling bar. i think hospitality course has taught me valuable things which would really help me achieving my goals in real life time.

The Local Cafe and Restaurant is a great place to work, where you can meet passion workers, responsible CEO and a place to gain lots of knowledge. The culture of the workplace is multicultural.

This is my practice workplace, they training me everything to have a step into real restaurants industry.  
I can perform in various of job duties such as Host, Bartender, Server, and Dish Washer.

I recommend this place because was an amazing job in which I learn developing my skills as a server, host and bartender in a friendly and supportive e environment.
