Lockwood Industries Inc.

Hired as a shipper/receiver, then forced to clean their warehouse after a paint job. HR said thats all the work they have for me. Clean for the weeks.


I was there as a Web/Graphic Designer. After 3 weeks only, they told me that they have nothing else for me to do. And they just don't care, that I have to look for a job now. Very unprofessional manegement and behavior. Not a reliable company.

Start my day 7:30 am helps me avoid major traffic coming in and like the early dismissal 4 pm
Start my day off with meeting with managers to see the tasks at hand
Receive my assignments for the day 
Fast paced environment which I like.
Usually work in a group setting on a line.


I only have a limited space here.  So I will tell you some of things that have happened to me there.
I was the lowest paying employee
I was stressed and fusterated to tears
No matter how fast you are they want you to go faster. So I think they should get a bunch of robots.
My heart and soul were in pain


Absolute worst place to work. Management doesn't even know whats going on. Manager is so full of himself you have to call him Mr. Surprised this company has any employees left, due to the number of people leaving while I was there. Should have stayed true to my instinct and never gone there

Super fun atmosphere and employees and high paced environment.
Super busy ... working over time which is great

Management is super involved and very appreciative of good efforts made by employees

Management was very well organized. Daily meetings. Managed well.

Opportunity for growth 
Worked with 20 others in our department. 
We have had lots of oppurtunities for overtime in the past, 

Owner micromanages everything and will belittle you. The workers are nice enough. It's a job I'd recommend finding something else asap. Call owner to get approval for everything. If you don't well it's probably wrong.this is just my opinion

Not respectful manager and CEO.
Not reliable place. The worst place for work. That I have worked. Sometimes the manager said the day before, don't come tomorrow, we don't have work, while I was a full-time employee.
