A typical day at work at Logix ITS is both dynamic and structured. Mornings usually start with a team huddle where we discuss our goals for the day and any ongoing projects. Throughout the day, I find myself juggling various tasks, from attending meetings to working on individual projects, which keeps things interesting.

One of the most valuable lessons I’ve learned during my time here is the importance of adaptability. The fast-paced environment often requires us to pivot quickly and embrace change, whether it’s a new project or a change in priorities. This has not only enhanced my problem-solving skills but has also taught me to remain open-minded and flexible.

On the flip side, the most enjoyable part of the job is the sense of accomplishment that comes from completing a challenging project. There’s nothing quite like the feeling of collaborating with my team to overcome obstacles and deliver results. Additionally, the opportunities for professional growth and development, such as workshops and training sessions, make every day feel rewarding.

Overall, my experience at Logix ITS has been enriching, and I look forward to continuing to grow and contribute to this fantastic team.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Start from 7:00.  Take the task list from manager and start. FInish at 3:00PM sharp

Great company to go work, innovative people and nice projects. Competitive salary, flexible schedules, got all the tools to do the job, great colleagues, dynamic business with a lot of potentials, fairly accessible, amazing product and projects

It's a really bad place to work everyday they ask you to do overtime and when you say no they threaten to fire you or give you attitude all day make your day harder even though something isn't your fault it's your fault because you're not going fast enough even though you had to wait on other people

the management is very terrible in making discision, they never give you opportunity to grow, they fire u because they feel they can. they want to control your life and treten to fire u if u dont allow them to control you. dont bother to apply in that compay if u dont want to waist ur time.

Very nice job culture, cooperative, warm, but recently cheap outsourcing to Ukraine.
Many specialists got downsized (restructured) and their position went to Ukraine.

Loved my time at Logix ITS. It allowed me to grow personally and professionally.  The most enjoyable part of the company is the staff and culture. It's an incubator, in other words its a platform to grow for any position.

Managers are good people who listen to new ideas.
