Typical day at work involved taking a count of inventory, getting the tote operator set with empty totes, taking away the full ones and putting them away, make sure the production floor had what they needed, then go and start loading trucks. sometimes if the machine decided to go crazy then I be in production picking up and grinding milk jugs. My coworkers and management were great people to get along with. The hardest part of the job was dealing with the heat the machines gave off especially in the summer months. The most enjoyable part was cause it was shift work 4on 4off was the 4 days off.

Possibly the worst management I have ever worked for in over 40 years in the work force. Such lack of respect and recognition for his employees. Sadley people are to scared for their jobs to report management to head office and report treatment of employees. Good news he has been reported by a number of people and things will improve. The one thing employers need to learn is that staff is your most important asset, treat them as that and you will have the best of employees

Typical day at work feels like working at a place with your own comfort zone with an added advantage of colleagues working as a team in achieving common goals. Being a go-to person in a small team, I have had the previllage to learn and demonstrate various levels of technical and managerial skills. Honestly, I have not experienced hard parts in my job duties, I love and enjoy my work and take every challenge as an oppurtunity to learn and master it.

Shifts are tough to begin with but once used to them they create a huge amount of off time- 4 days vacation gives 12 days off! Work is interesting and it's a pleasant atmosphere.

it was a job not to much to it repetitive mindless work. the bottles are super light so you have to take care in what your doing if your on the dock like I was the trailers are freezing inside is warm.

As tech before it’s more likely a general labour job. You have to do everything. Micro management. Pay is not worth it. I only work for two much and they expect too much of me to know everything which i can manage but the pay is way too too low. 

Great growing organization. Opportunities for advancement. Fast paced work environment. Open to creativity and problem solving  solutions. Solid training programs for all roles,

- don't get me wrong I loved working here it just had its flaws

there is a very defined favouritism amongst the managers, causing strife amongst the technichians. was never answered with a direct answer to questions. training is minimal but knowledge is expected.
