As the Owner is never present, managers feel free to belittle employees, play good cop/bad cop games.  Sales employees can be lectured for between 1-2 hours by a manager.  They will dress you down in front of your peers and even clients.  How your day goes depends on their moods.  
The people on the sales floor and service floor are genuinely good people and are truly there for the clients.  I enjoyed working with the majority of the staff.  
If the owner would only listen to HR exit interviews and maybe talk his staff as opposed to the managers, he might have a chance to change the culture.  As for me, I will buy my next Honda from Westgate.

- A typical day at work was moving tires and emptying the oil catchers.
-I learned how to store tires in proper locations and orginize them according to the names of the customers.
- Management was pretty streamlined but all managers there asked for a different job to be done when you are currently busy with a job.
-workplace culter was pretty relaxed.
- moving the tires in the winter time to the storage containers.
-the lunch room.

No stress. Comfortable workplace

Very comfortable. Happy staff. Great Supervision

Coming from a small shop to a big dealership level, I wasn't sure what to expect.  London Honda is a good work place, its a good way to grow and learn new skills you haven't learned in a small shop.  It can have its bad times and can be frustrating but that comes with any job.

I believe strongly in the Honda brand and their philosophy of treating customers with the utmost importance - as well as employees. As part of the Honda family, I too am happy to participate in this endeavour and have had an overall positive experience for the past six years.

Great place to work however the work environment can be very toxic and the lack of accountability burns you out quickly while solutions only seems to appear when the managers are under scrutiny.

Sell, Sell, Sell.... The team dynamic is fantastic. However, Car sales can be profitable, after years in the business. Definitely a great job for the Salesman "Starting Out." Not for the "Salesman with a young family, and bills piling up.

The general manager was brutal. The team culture was fantastic and i would of continued my career there if the general manager was no longer present.

Too many managers and yet no management. Free for all with no accountability. Constantly asked to do more while getting paid less or nothing. Was a great place at one time.
