Typical day is get the crews ready for a safe and productive day safety first approach.

Pay cheque nothing else, supervisors are not qualified.

Wondering is this the day I will get laid off.

Very toxic, if the supervisors worked with you in the past, they will give you the best jobs if they do not know you you do clean -up pick garbage on site.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Picking garbage on site. Taking the bags to the road way for pick up.

Nothing at all at the come by chance refinery

Worrying about your pay if it will be right or not

So much negativity towards the company and a very untidy work sight

Very stressful and mind boggling

I have enjoyed my time with LMC. The staff are friendly, courteous and professional, as are management.

This company cares about the Health and Safety of it's employees as well as doing quality work for it's clients.

Enjoyed my time as an intern. Lots of scope to become involved in projects and gain mentorship from experienced individuals. It's always interesting to get involved in the intricacies of heavy engineering and project development.

I enjoy hard work and a challenge on a daily basis. Looking forward to another open door in the work force. I work well alone and with others, always on time and very quick a learning to things.

With regards to quality of work they're amateurs.
Arranged a deal with them for additional hours worked to which they summarily reneged on and when questioned about it denied all knowledge.
