Whatever your position is the ones that are holding the power ( we are talking about 3-4 men completely incompetent)  are not waiting from you to do your job but to OBEY and fit into their sick and intimidating environment. The work environment has nothing to do with the way they present themselves during the interview.

If you don't fit into their way of doing things which is completely tribal, you will be isolated and push to resignation. 

Whether you are an office employee or a production employee never accept a job offer coming from this company, find yourself something else if you don't want to lose you professionalism and your physical and mental wellbeing.

There’s a ‘popular group’ that can make mistakes without consequences.

Nice place to work . I worked account receivables and help out with A/P.
Great group actives and we were a great team. Most enjoyable was going out for lunch with the team. 

Would not recommend anyone to work here...unless you want to work with mentally ill/depressed people, find something else, this company work culture is disgusting, not professional at all
