I learned about Zellers way of doing things and how their training methods were different with other places I had worked previously

Great co-workers - different age groups and cultures.

The hardest part was dealing with co-workers who did not show up for their scheduled shifts

Enjoyable was interaction with co-workers and customers

I would take over from the day bartender and work till close running the whole building as everyone left at 6pm I would be responsible for everything that was going on in all the halls. It was quite a bit of work i was responsible for. Serving tables pouring the drinks selling tickets cleaning tables making sure all other functions were running ok. Also i locked up the building every evening

Learned that your life is never as bad as someone else's, that when you feel alone you never are, life is a blessing to have and even a better blessing to share with so many whom don't have someone in theirs to give them a smile in a day.

I learned that people in charge should not take their volunteers for granted. There was no advancement, no salary or benefits and no way working up to management or higher.

I absolutely loved doing my volunteer hours here. Everyone in this place was a huge family to me.... 

everybody knew who I was and they knew my family, we all had fun and enjoyed seeing everyone once a week

Being the only bar steard on duty while working at the moose lopdge - I found it to be a fast pace environment especially during busy hours (5pm-11pm).
- I was always treated fairly by my employers and.
- I was also given great training on the position.

Friendly and close coworkers, cute old people and I came home with lots of funny stories to tell, good to get your volunteer work done, or just help a good cause.

I was the bartender for almost 6 years had a great time lots of different people to meet  there were some fun xmas party's  sadly my shifts were declining because of slowing business

Levy/Moose is a great place to work.  Good people, good team, good culture.  Lots to learn and lots of place to grow.  Fantastic bosses.  Good work environment.

I learned a lot at moose lodge. If it wasn't for Moose lodge, I probably wouldn't know how to cook. My co-workers were awesome and we always found quick solutions to problems.
