Very stressful and very cold environment. They want people to work so fast which is not really possible, so there are a lot of wrong orders. They have a bonus system and the everyone wants to get that, so everyone is in a hurry. Extremely congested place, everyone is running around with carts and almost running other people over.  Very bad work environment. Don't work there if u care about your peace of mind. They won't even let the employees take home groceries which are going to be thrown away. No care for food.

Lufa Farms is a really great place to work. Everyone works together, and any and all feedback is fair and helpful. While you are given clear instructions and guidelines as to how to perform, you are not micromanaged. Everyone in the office is kind and funny and management is understanding when you need time off or have an emergency come up. You are paid salary, but how you choose to work those hours is somewhat flexible. 
The downside obviously, is the location. It is outside the city, so most of us commute about 1 hour there and back. However, I wouldn't say that's a deal breaker.

It's a good work place for students and recent graduates to support their livelihood while they study or look for a career job. While there are a few chances to grow in the company, most employees are students working part time to support their expenses and leave to find jobs in their fields of study. The job isn't too stressful, the pay is fair and there are plenty of opportunities to earn a little extra in bonuses. If you do your work diligently there are no problems and people treat you fairly. 

I worked at night and this was my part time job so it was fun working with new people and get to know them. Most importantly, I learned how hard you need to work to fulfill customer's order on time.
Basically, you need to work in speedy and hard working environment to achieve the goal. Sometimes we are not meeting the time requirements so we need to pull our sleeves. 
As a friendly and a commutative person, I loved this job because I got to know more people with different type of personality and a different story to tell.

Overall, the working environment is good enough for employees. If you are a part time worker, you will not fulfill your 20 hours. Though they have a good bonus scheme compared to other companies

In the greenhouse, you may have a nagging and highly critical manager, even if it's your day one, luck of the draw. Time clocks are worn while working, in my experience. Was not a fan of any of that and sadly wasn't given the heads up on it either. Otherwise, it is an established company, with rules and regulations on pay.

I wish I never go there. You have to be in a -18 fridge several hours a day and they do not pay more or even appreciate you.
You never get a promotion unless you have a good friend on the management team.
They take your confidence and let you feel guilty about your errors.

Really Stressful work, if you are willing to want to do a lot job for unequal pay only then apply for it.
Bonus are quite good though, but still you'll find different team doing less work with same pay as you, if you are lucky then may be you will be in that less work team.

It is fun place to work and you can earn good amount of money including you bonuses but negative part is that you need to be hurry and gain speed in order to gain bonus.And worst part is the -18 degree freezer where you need to spent several hours of your day.

The staff was amazing. My manager was a really nice guy; super accommodating and truly wants to help you. The job wasn’t for me though. Worked a stand alone and in an uncomfortable area. I recommend if you don’t mind working alone and good at selling.
