Good organized but cost-conscious management
My co-workers were all nice but hard workers. The company was too big with different kind of co-workers.

The hardest part of the job was the time pressure. We had our time schedule when we have to send the containers to the right destination but almost every project changed the time schedule and we had to work very spontaneous. Airplane material is very expensive and we couldn't make mistakes because the cost for this were to high. I learned there to deal with pressure. Different kinds of pressure. 
I visited a lot of seminars because you need a lot of knowledge about the airplane industry and rules.

I have worked in Lufthansa Philippines as an intern and the typical day is always exciting and I also learn new things everyday. The management is quite strict with the employees which is understandable. The workplace culture I think is all about professionalism.
The hardest part is when there is no plane on the hangar and the best part is the everyday accomplishment that you make after each given aircraft maintenance tasks.

Always busy working with different components for various commercial aircrafts.

I have developed a good working attitude while learning the various aircraft systems, components as well as various air regulations .

Always fast paced especially for VVIP flights.

Good compensation rate, great experience, and the best people. Nice working area and the working time are very manageable. You can pursue further studies

Experience for career advancement is superb

BUT be ready for a very low salary, unfair management especially for training provisions, and leave benefits.

the hardest part of being an ojt at lufthansa technik philippines is when the aircraft has a flight within the day aircraft landed but i enjoy working in lufthansa because im really fascinated with aircraft like b777 and A350

Managers in this company doesn't really put too much attention on its subordinate's welfare. They always put too much pressure on their people without considering their people's position and professional opinions.

As a technician you'll be able to experience different kinds of task and be given the opportunity to have an aircraft rating and it enables you to broaden your knowledge in your career.

Expanding my knowledge in my field make me happy and i enjoy every single thing i do.The people around me is nice and they supports or give more knowledge to their helpers in the field.
