For a 8-5 job, this is the basic "I do my work then go home" type of deal. You have a bunch of possibilities to advance if you chose to do so (Sales, Projects, etc.)

Senior management only acknowledges mid to senior level management employees. Antiquated business model. Antiquated systems, antiquated marketing. No culture, 60 hour weeks in management.

This company pretends they really care about safety but at the end of the day what's they really care about is that you work like a robot. They don't like when people complain they'll use any excuse to fire you

The company is a good place to work. a modern environment. But the supervisors destroy everything can be good here. They make you quit.
