Working for MacLellans was the best company I worked for they really cared for there workers made sure that if you wanted to go up in the company they would train you to do so . made sure that safety was number one all your PPE was on hand  & if we needed it or manager would get it safety awards . Christmas dinners and bonus much much more .

Lied about schedule, lied about pay , no PPE for new employees, not given lockers but told cant take uniform home or leave it outside a locker , disgusting, boiling hot, if you want to see the sun or smell fresh air be prepared to spend 75% of your break getting too and from the breakroom you.  wouldn't it for double the offered pay. Management also doesn't know what they are doing and constantly contradict eachother

A typical day at work starts with group meeting, ensuring safety checks are done. We will then be assigned to respective work areas. We get break every 3 hours.

Excellent opportunity for growth.  Working at the Kitchener Toyota plant was a great experience.  Projects were supported by Toyota and great results were achieved.

Such a worst place to work, no employee performance evaluation 
biased management. Poor safety management, there are no ppe for risk involved work. Even there is partiality in the wage.
