My day at MCAN starts at 9 am but I usually come in early in order to avoid the morning rush. My busiest time usually starts in the morning doing my daily tasks. Client services takes more of my time. I have learned to handle different types of personality on a daily basis. Patience as a virtue really works all the time. In terms of the management, they really encourage each employees growth and development through continuous learning and training. My co-workers are very good. I really love my job at MCAN that is why I don't think of any difficult part in doing my job. I wanted to relocate and find other employment because I wanted to bring my husband from the Philippines. The process of sponsoring my husband from Canada is so long and slow .

Good work to enhance your career. Fairly good work life balance, federally regulated so very strict on following processes and setting work loads, timelines etc.

A lot of intelligent and friendly people to work with. Good location which was very easy to get to.  The casual Fridays and summer casual wear a bonus.
