The management style is one of micro management compounded  by poor leadership.  There is an atmosphere of pressure to "be seeing to be busy" while not getting direction from the management.  The extremely high turnover of staff in all departments is an indication that this is not a healthy environment to work in.  People quit out of frustration and no changes occur in the upper management. The is a definite lack of appreciation for the hard working staff that are there. 

The company value employees by the profit they make for the 'family'.  If you do not produce the numbers they are looking for, you are out the door.  I am not exaggerating!  In one year, it was normal to see a turnover of 10 or more staff in a 3 month period.  It did not matter how well the customers like the service they received.  If the transaction did not make the profit that was expected, it was not valued.  So sad to have to work in this type of environment.

This place has such incredible people working there that truly care for one another and create a family culture. They just need a kind strong leader! They were at a point they just needed someone to come in and keep the place moving forward, but a few people came in and killed moral.   They need positivity!

The people at Milton Hyundai are some of the best I've ever worked with and for. However, the job as a service advisor is a difficult one and can be very overwhelming. Ultimately that workload was too much for me.

Management is very understanding and supports its employees to learn all the necessary information to succeed at the job, as well as helping them to promote an environment that facilitates improvement and open communication. 

So far its been a pleasure working here.Great team and professional work enviorment. Easy to communicate with managers and i look forward to a strong fruitful association  with them.

The management is great honestly, a bit strict sometimes but very supportive and they will help you learn the ropes and give you that extra bump that you need to learn faster and adapt quicker to the work environment.

At Milton Hyundai, I was responsible for driving the customer shuttle, washing cars and maintaining a clean workplace. The managers were all very welcoming and made me enjoy my time there.

Service department is the worst. Senior advisors are bully and manager does not bother at all. Just don't go there. Very toxic environment in that department

Good place to get sales experience in automotive sales, management.  Quite a revolving door on employees.
