The Management there spend half the time delegating there work load and the other half trying to deflect blame from them self to others. I have never seen such a stressful and toxic work environment in my work life. This is the 1st company i have ever worked for where i had to fight to get my bills payed for, after being pushed into going on a work trip I was told to use my own credit card for the trip. only after to be told they wont pay me back for another month and a half. I have never see a company that treats there employees like this before. The work trip was just the last insult after far to many years of working there.

They’re really great about giving you hours that work with your schedule and it’s not a huge issue when you need to swap shifts or get your hours covered if something comes up. Management doesn’t make a big fuss about it. As long as they have all the people they need, that’s all that matters. 

The last place I worked fired me for swapping shifts too many times… like what?! Why does it matter if my coworkers don’t mind changing with me? I didn’t understand why that was such a huge issue and I still don’t. Glad the managers at Moose Knuckles have some common sense.

I had such a great time working at Moose! The team was amazing—everyone was friendly, supportive, and always willing to lend a hand. The atmosphere was really fun too; it made coming to work something to look forward to. Whether it was helping customers or collaborating with colleagues, there was always a positive vibe. 

Working at Moose was an unforgettable experience but not in a good way. Leadership and management had no cohesiveness. The environment provided ZERO organization and it felt like there was no hope for advancement for better opportunities within the company. 

Working at Moose Knuckles was one best experience I got. Everything seemed easy having been supported by the helpful staff. Management was so considerate and showed fair treatment. 

Thought retail has its flaws, working at moose knuckles had the best pay, management and resources. I worked there for over a year and as a student working there part time most of the year, they were super accommodating in terms of my schedule and helped me when I needed it. 

Becoming added task with no payment added 
I like the work place culture 
They have a lot to improve in terms of valuing the employees. 
The enjoyable part is to have company get tougher.

Moose Knuckles is a really fun, up-beat company to work for. I look forward to coming into work each day. Everyone I work with is friendly and the customers are all really nice as well. Never had a “Karen” experience, so I’m happy about that.

I love what I do. Sometimes I still can’t believe this is my actual job and I’m getting paid for this. It’s incredible! I’m learning so much and I know this is going to be a valuable career move for me whether I stay long-term, or leave after a few years.

Lots of screaming going on. No patient, no trust. Trust must be earned as I was told. Accounts payable was my position. What a joke . Quite after a month. Went to HR to complain and management and nothing was done. Head office location
