Worst company I have ever worked in! Pathetic work culture, extreme level ignorance from managers and HR is of no use at all! Extreme favoritism and nepotism. They don't even follow their policies. Be aware of the lairs over there , and there are so many of them! Managers has no respect for their employees and does extreme level favoritism. They make you work as a maintenance technician and treat you in the same way even though you are hired as an engineer! That is extreme level unfair for the person who is expecting to work as per the duties mentioned in their job offer. I would not recommend even my enemy to work over in that plant! most people working there in management/engineering/maintenance department since years are just relaxing whole day and behave like they are the owner of the company ! If you get a chance, PLEASE RUN AWAY AND GET ANOTHER JOB!

Lots of favoritism, nepotism. Don't turn down overtime or you will be on the naughty list. Don't let them know you want overtime or you will be a puppet. Don't share ANY personal information with ANYONE!! Specially those that say that aren't into gossip. Don't think for yourself,  watch the way you stand yes they will correct your posture, prepare to be reprogrammed. Managers , lead hands supervisor's will have your mind twisted up real fast and H.R is no help ...just run .. don't look back run ...good luck!! 

Would not recommend someone work here unless it’s close to your house. There pay used to be able to support your living but as things increase and there wage has little to no increase it’s not worth working here.
Constantly giving multiple employees false hope about promotions with no real end product. So many management members it’s hard to even know which one know what’s they are doing or what is going on in the plant on a day to day basis.

I have worked there for a few years and continue to be impressed by the consistent, supportive, collaborative, team approach that is always used to resolve current issues or develop future plans.
All employees are encouraged to continuously improve their skills through individualized training or existing available education.

Dynamic suspension  has a great training plan which allows employees to develop their skills set and find the way up. Number of employees in quality , maintenance,  engineering and supervisors  have started from floor-work and moved up. 
Management team is committed to safety of employees , and their well being. 
  

I have worked for Multimatic Dynamic Suspension for !2 years. It has a great training program within the maintenance dept.to improve your skills level. They are very proactive about building the future trades people. They also mentor production workers into the skilled trades group. The future business is strong at Multimatic Dynamic Suspension.

As long as you are hardworking, meet the company's goals and objectives, and punctual - the company will take good care of you.
They offer good benefits, competitive salary and if you are injured - they offer modified work until you get your clean bill of health.

Very friendly work environment with a great workplace culture. Lots of opportunities to grow within the company. Would definitely recommend Multimatic Dynamic Suspensions to my peers as somewhere to work and and advance their career/skill set.
