NIAGARA FALLS NISSAN

I hadn't worked in automotive before this, but I can say I really enjoyed my time with this store. Management does try to recognize everyone individually and celebrate all the wins. We had a lot of staff lunches and things like birthday recognitions which was a nice thing. I took the job knowing it was a bit of a far drive for me, so ultimately I ended up taking something closer to home, but I was sad to leave.

I have been at this dealership for many years now and I still love coming to work. My boss truly cares about me, my family and my well being. I often get fun surprises and bonuses that let me know I'm doing a good job. I feel very at home here and like everyone I work with is family. It's just a really really nice place to work.

Always was and still is a revolving door as a manager. No wonder when your your treated on a daily basis as a piece of crapp. Their reputation will never allow them to attract quality people. I can honestly say one of the worst dealerships to work for in the province of Ontario.

I am fairly new to the team here but I already love my job and the people I work with! My managers are super friendly, helpful and really want us to do well. I'm finding the auto industry to be very interesting and a welcome change from banking where I came from. Looking forward to a long career here!

Not a place where you want to grow your career. No real help training or helping you improve yourself. Only thing management cares about is you blindly do what they say and believe everything they tell you without fact checking. God forbid you have a voice of your own too. If you’re new to a dealership steer clear. 

I enjoy working here. I was about to throw in the towel with the car business but decided to give it one last shot. I'm glad I did. THe team here is really great to work with and I enjoy coming in every day. 

I love my job. It is very rewarding with great management and friendly coworkers. There is lots of flexibility in scheduling which promotes a great work/life balance

I enjoyed my time here. The people were good although sometimes things were a bit disorganized. Overall though I liked it here and only left because I moved.

Ownership, located in another province - never visits so they have no idea of what is happening - mktg team is the same. completely out of touch - do not work here
