If I had my time back I would not have applied to work here.
I was not properly trained, and worked in a dirty and hot office. Employees were expected to work outside the scope of their position without being trained or compensated appropriately for it, while being spoken to passively by managers. 
I can say it’s a pretty unorganized place, tasks being thrown on people that have nothing to do with their position due to the revolving door of employees. And for the tasks that you do get done, there’s no appreciation from management for the hard work employees do on them.
If are someone that actually had a good experience working here, that’s great. But I can say pretty confidently that most do not. Just avoid if you can, there are a lot of better employment opportunities out there that will treat you much better!
All I can say is look at the good reviews carefully and the dates they were posted. It says a lot more than the actual review does! 

I knew something was off while I was interviewing but needed something to hold me over until I found something better.  The interview process was rushed. This was easily the most poorly run firm I've ever experienced. The management style is to not communicate anything and refer newcomers to the trainual when they have questions. The training is sitting with another person that does not know the work themselves. There is no hands on training or person to train you due to the high turnover rate.  The culture is to work while you're sick and after hours. You are not allowed to take vacation you haven't accumulated for the first 6 months. In all, I wish I never wasted my time on this place and waited for my current position to begin. 

This law firm has to be the most toxic work environment that I have ever experienced. Have absolutely nothing good to say. Primary lawyer and owner is rude, demanding and overall treat his staff very poorly. Expected to work 80 hours per week while being underpaid for the 40 you are being paid for. Expected to answer calls/texts from owner after hours and on weekends and if no reply then throws a tantrum.
I would strongly recommend to stay very far away, employees are overworked, underpaid and not appreciated.
No professionalism as management gossip about employees to others of the same or lesser authority within the firm, you hear a lot sitting at the front desk. I had to leave after only 3 weeks as my physical and mental health deteriorated that quickly from such a toxic environment. 

You will be blamed for not managing their backlog, with poor time management cited as the cause. Although leadership insists that overtime isn’t required, the only way to meet expectations is to work extra hours to match their level of “motivation.” Questions are met with frustration, as if you should already know the answers—likely a result of the high-stress environment, where everyone is too overwhelmed to provide support. Payment issues are common, and employee turnover is extremely high, with most workers leaving within a few months. If you get in, as soon as you notice theses things, look for a better place. It's not worth your time and effort.

Disorganised, dysfunctional, lack of communication.
Training: Null & void other than 3 days of videos that were so broad and had nothing to do with the position or the law they handled (I was hired knowing that I didn't have a law background). Ended up fending for myself basically with minimal help and felt like a nuisance when I asked questions to be better.
Communication: Barely any and when there was, it was to let you know you've made mistakes. 
Management: Very poor and disorganised, lots of red flags I can't get into. Unprofessional.

Overall: Do NOT work here.

This firm cares about what they do. They have a growing team of people who do take pride in their work. It's a complicated business because it is legal work. The team cares and tries their best. Good flexibility (snow days, sick days, etc.) and great technology provided to support our work. The team is growing so they are adding new jobs, which means new tasks. Definitely a workplace for someone who wants a long term job and wants meaning in their work.

Since Starting at NOVA Injury Law I have felt part of a team.  

The training and on boarding was clear with concise presentations. The team is very supportive and quick to address any questions. 

I am excited to work for a management team that makes it clear that you are an asset and supports your growth. 

I looked forward to working here after my interview but that changed quickly. Things like weekly one on ones ended after about a month. The work load is extremely unrealistic and tasks/roles are constantly thrown around and dumped on others because of high turn over and lack of communication. This firm is managed poorly and chaotic. Would not reccomend. And no one cleans the coffee maker so it's always broken; doesn't live up to the hype!!

The most toxic place I have ever witnessed. There are so many better options out there. I would suggest looking elsewhere unless you’re only looking to be there long enough for a couple of quick bucks and then get out. 
It’s not even a difficult job. It’s simply mismanaged. Notice how all the recent 5 star reviews came in on the same day? Can somebody say “coerced” much. They right there should scream “Stay Away!”

Team atmosphere is great. Nice cohesiveness amongst staff.  Young crew doing a lot of good work for ordinary people. Flexible with days and times off work. Flexible with vacations. Flexible with work from home. Owner very willing to spend the time explaining concepts and training staff.
