Workers were not subjected to very stressful  activities as they were able to accomplish jobs in  normal ways

Working typically in afternoon shifts of eight hours duration

Challenging work,wary busy and asking present of your mind for all the time.Management is good,helpful,co-workers are pleasant to work with,hardest part of job is location,because,company just move to Oakville.Most enjoyable part of jobs,is knowledge,at the end of day,when I see my and my team (including lines from other Team Leader) efficiency!You

nice warehouse. having tasks for every team leader to achieve with the help of team members. Typical warehouse experience . Noisy but the songs playing at the back make you feel relax inspite of having the pressure of completing the task with the high efficiency level. dividing and calculating  different types of products and then packaging in displays in a proper and accurate number of each product in the displays

When we miss something and not being on time (target)

If you take this job with the belief that you can move up in a short amount of time, think again. Nova Pack is very stingy when it comes to promoting people. They won't hesitate to waive requirements for promotion when they see fit, much to the disadvantage of people who were already working there and meet the min # of hours requirement to be considered.

Need to hire hardworking people within a year with all benefits inclusive, easy excess ( chip card or a code to open the entry door) to the work area must be provided to the agency  people.  Agency people must be given  a chance to perform their  skills  again as the business is busy there.


After 4 years of employment i have learned most of all the value of teamwork, acountability and how important every employee is to the success of and organization.

Would like to work again if i get my desired market salary.
