they make you do so much work, people keep quitting because of how bad the conditions are, managements keeps screaming at employees, swearing and treating them badly. You are forced to work overtime with not enough pay. Training is bad , every employee does a different procedure and it’s so hard to follow. They don’t do activities, make you feel appreciated. You are like a machine to them. My mental health is so bad working in this place. 

Most stressful company that i've ever been a part of. They are nice to u on ur face but they dont act like they mean what they tell you. Give you tons of loads and dont give you the increase. They make you feel like you owe them for hiring you. Job seekers, keep out of this company. Youre oaid more and work easier as a hotel staff then here. very stressful and they yell at their people instead of talking to them proffessionaly. They dont even investigate before they yell at you. Heard a lot of yelling while i was there. 

The company is nice at first because they seem to give the impression you are there to contribute and grow but as time goes by, you realize they are using and abusing you mentally and verbally. 

Unless you can’t get any other job, try to avoid this place. 

The management does not value their employees and use you until you find another job because they can't afford to fire any employees.  I've seen people bring in their sick children because you can not miss a day and you have to be on call whenever they need you to.

I enjoyed being at National Dispatch Services, it was relaxing not too many employees, peaceful. the only thing I wanted to do some work.

The boss would scream 24/7, the work load was incredible and the pay was depressing. I did learn a lot about the maintenance industry, but I didn’t feel appreciated by management. Definitely not for the faint of heart

Most enjoyable part was getting to know the whole country, proving efficiency and extreme ability to multitask over time.

I learned a lot, I developed several skills. Like in any other job, read very well the contract, so you don't feel disappointed. What they offer is what you will do. 
Management is respectful.

While the job itself was rewarding management is the most abusive i have ever encountered.

Just the worst! Management yelling, too much pressure, too kuch work. They do not give the record of employment. No employees last. Some last for half a day. Job seekers beware
