I've work there a many years.
Your salary never goes up for managers.
And for employes they start a minimum wage.
Commissions almost never achevable for managers et no more for employes.
You never get Christmas party, bonus or gifts.
They have bad insurance.
If you a manager your can have a nice schedual but otherwise 2nd and 3rd key get lower hours and minimum salary.
Managers get between 29 to 34 k, very low compare to other businesses.
The job is chill, you get no break or lunch because you get paid cont.. but you have lots of time to relax and eat between customers.
You have to lurn lots of stuff but once you know it its fun easy job.
Over all its a nice job but you wont get a future other then stability.
The compagny will treat you like a number.
And they wont care you struggling to pay your bills. The owner does not help his employes, and never give them nothing not even a Christmas bonus. Not even a card or to tell you Happy Birthday or Merry Christmas. Just nothing. You most likely work alone and left to yourself. If you dont expect much, its over all ok. But if you wish to survive it wont be with that salary!







Typical day is welcoming the customers and answer questions about "natural products".
Management is a little stiff, you must do exactly what they tell you about where the products must be placed, what to promote and what quantities are in hand and how much you will receive.
Push to sell, push to sell, push to sell... This is the workplace culture, even if management says it's not so.
Hardest part is having to sell products to someone, EVEN if you know they don't need them. It's easy to do but hard to live with.
Easy and enjoyable part is social interactions with customers, how easy it is to gain their confidence, and working in a clean good looking environment.

Working at this company was an eye-opening experience. The camaraderie among colleagues was the only saving grace in an otherwise toxic environment. The superficial boss, incapable of effective delegation or appreciation, created an atmosphere where innovation was stifled, advancement seemed impossible, and disrespect towards long-term retail workers was rampant. The presence of a teacher's pet only intensified the aura of insincerity. Personally, the lack of compassion for those juggling professional growth, academics, and health struggles made it a harsh and judgmental setting. Unreasonable pay for an overwhelming workload and the inevitable burnout cast a shadow on any positives.

It’s not paid over 20$ per hour, but very laid back and management is very nice….For those that suffer from anxiety or can’t work under pressure I recommend Naturiste natural products store…

The manager is hard to work with, a bad person and is super sensitive so if you do or say something (that is not bad in anyway) they take it personally. If you can’t learn fast they’ll be mad and at the moment you’ll get fired they’ll gaslighting you into thinking that you’re the reason why you’re fired. 

Great experience, mainly due to having an exceptional manager and fantastic co-workers. Also enjoyed being in the health &  wellness field. Good employee discounts.

A workplace where new ideas are always welcome. Never a boring day, always new challenges will come your way. A good place to re-enforce your professional skills.

great education and great product for staff and customers.  Pay is to low to live on and very little possibilities for advancement within the company in the Gatineau region
