I feel so blessed to currently work in this specific office. The doctors are compassionate, understanding and wonderful; the best bosses you could hope for!
Management is helpful and always looking out for the wellbeing of their staff whether referring to scheduling or even with performance reviews of any kind. They are also always there for staff members in need, whether professionally or personally.
Staff has a priority of teamwork which is so refreshing! You feel supported and appreciated but also purpose in your position because each staff member is needed to make the team work at its best form!
Our service is top notch and noticed by other clinics but especially  by the patients, being ab older population and frequenting medical facilities.

This is a very fast paced clinic, so you will strive if you are a strong problem solver, team player, level headed individual who is ready to work hard, buckle down and provide superior service to the community for the benefit of patients but also to support a wonderful team of likeminded people, management included!
I cannot speak any higher about this position and those working for this company!

Enjoyable to work in medical office as was able to utilize clinical skills learned in past.  Learned new skills by attending workshop and conferences in Toronto as well as two places in USA.  Enjoyed and learned from 4 different ophthalmologist
