Daily workload is very reasonable. Interacting with residents and coworkers is typically pleasant - even memorably jovial. There are many good people here. This position briefly rekindled my passion for work. I felt my job to be socially fulfilling and rarely too demanding. I became familiar with and emotionally invested in the happiness and comfort of residents. I started to feel a sense of community. 

Turnover of staff, including management, is justifiably high. Absenteeism is high. Morale is shaky. No promises for personal growth opportunities, professional advancement, or meaningfully scaled compensation. Management did not know the contents of workplace drives. I was dismissed after citing concerns on data security (lack of password-protection), and compensation for entry-level employees.

I worked there on all most three month during that my work ethic was  I was very thorough then when a co worker became Supervisor it needed to let go for not doing enough work but I also had a complaints about safety concerns on doors Not being secured at night that time maybe they would let me go and they followed that process yes I got let go.My work was very good from another employees but should have not put in a complaint issue I also hear staffing is are at the present not good residents my need to review Management Procedures.
