The leaders understand the value of time, and give back to the employees when it matters most.

All in all, a wonderful place to work.


A typical day involves taking calls, assisting customers with bookings, and meeting daily sales goals. I learned how to communicate effectively, handle objections, and stay positive under pressure. Management is encouraging and provides helpful coaching to improve performance. The workplace culture is upbeat, team-focused, and driven by recognition and results. The hardest part of the job is maintaining energy during back-to-back calls, especially when there are fewer agents on shift. The most enjoyable part is the supportive environment, fun team incentives, and the satisfaction of turning each call into a successful booking.

The company isn't horrible but management is toxic and they will literally lie to you about anything from a promotion you've already secured to proper compensation in order to get you to do what they want. They have no care in the world for logical sales standards based on season/quarter (same standards/KPI's all year round) and rely faaaaaar to heavily on half measure incentive games to try to keep their dissatisfied employees from leaving. If you'd like a boost to your resume/have never done sales before its an ok entry position however if you want a long term career you may want to find something else. on a side note the working at home aspect it is convenient. 

There are so many Pros it's nearly impossible to list them all out. Here are the top 3:
1) Culture. An ambiguous term thrown around in corporate environments. To me; it's collective and shared work experiences. When we win, we celebrate together. When we fail, we acknowledge, accept accountability, learn and move on.
2) Did I mention we celebrate together? O2E hosts some of the best company bonding events. From Christmas Parties to Quarterly Connects; our diverse group of colleagues value our time spent getting to know one another.
3) Local Teams & Management - O2e and its brands do a remarkable job at assigning management and leadership roles to the best people, and that results in a very cohesive team environment.

What is the best part of working at the company?
I don’t know. I worked in the sales and it was terrible 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Everything about the role was stressful. They put too much pressure on us to do sales and so many unreasonable and unrealistic ways to measure employee performance. I apparently had the ‘best’ team leader as per the management, but the worst manager for a team member. She never cared about her teammates and all she wanted was sales numbers. I quit the job in April 2020(time when Covid numbers started rising in Canada). I quit the job due to anxiety and stress at that time and wrote a very professional email to her to which she didn’t even respond. 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Excessive pressure on sales agents

Working at O2E Brands is inspiring.  The people and culture provide a unique entrepreneurial environment for a company that is rapidly growing.  Successes are shared and recognized across the whole company and different departments routinely collaborate on daily activities as well as on internal projects.  Senior management embraces change and emphasizes individuals to change the status quo.  The work is interesting and challenging, however, there is still an emphasis on work life balance and professional and personal development.  I would recommend working at O2E Brands to anyone who is interested in the work environment described above.

I have been with O2E for several years and continue to absolutely love my job. My coworkers are incredible, and I have a good work/life balance. The company has been quick to adapt and respond to matters such as COVID and diversity/inclusivity. O2E promotes learning and advancement and even has a program called "101 Life Goals" which supports you accomplishing your personal non-work related goals. 

The interview process is very in-depth (I think an average of about 5 interviews depending on your position), but it pays off in that everyone else you work with has been thoroughly screened as well.

The company is rapidly growing so of course there's always room for improvement (more process focus). 

I would highly recommend O2E.

* typical day is log on to the phones 5 minutes before your shift, as requested by management
* as soon as your day starts you're on the phones from the moment you start to the end. You don't get a breather. 
* they feed you to the wolves after training, which they have very little sales training at all. 
* team leads were often switched around and never had a real leader. 
* metrics were shoved down our throats and if we weren't performing we were put on a pip 
* they haven't raised their wages in at least 3 years now. 
* the amount of work they expect you to do for minimum wage is a joke 
* managers will gaslight you and make you feel like you're the problem and not the customers. 

O2E Brands is all about people. It's a fun, energetic, fast-paced place to work where you get the opportunity to work with an amazing team. Unlike other places I've worked, it's not really political and people truly want to help you succeed. I've had the chance to learn so many new skills and work on things I didn't ever think I'd have a chance to work on. I didn't come to O2E expecting anything, I thought it would be just like every other workplace, but I've found a place that feels like home. 

The work culture, training, management, and the way the company operates is exactly how you  want it to as an employee. Management is flexible and genuinely cares about you as a human, you receive more then needed training and tons of opportunities to better not just your career, but yourself. There is a reason they win "best workplace rewards" year after year. The saying of 'take care of your employees and they take care of the customers' is exactly what it is like here.
