If you are looking to gain experience in the Security field this is the company for you. You can gain experience ranging from Retail Security, Residential, Undercover and Armed Guard. However as in any company there is Pro's and Con's. Work is consistent but not very rewarding in terms of pay. Some Managers are nice but some only see you as expendables. Over all, owner of company tries to incorporate a warm environment for the employees. The most enjoyable part of the job is the connection you build with your co workers.

Did not pay Overtime Pay AT ALL. They made excuses about pay discrepancies and would penalize anyone who made complaints. The work hours were unreasonable and the pay rates for the work expected were unreasonable. The training provided was from unqualified personnel, the management were also incompetent and unfair. This operation works in many respects in violation of the PSISA, Labour Act and their are management members involved in criminal activities on site at the offices.  I would not recommend working for this company. I would recommend that they be investigated by the PSISB.

Nice Company to work with. Great Operations/Payroll team with distinguished professional ethics. Wages are weak but Company is very caring and actively responsive to immediate matters. Your health is prioritized and their clientele is extremely unprecedented. They value their clients. Working with bunch of indians could be frustrating, they're  snakes,serpents, scorpions  I hate them. They call Corporate on you over events thet never happened just to get more cheap hours.

I will recommend any who wants to start a career in security to go there. The supervisors are professionals and very good. Good working environment. The management is professional and responsive to staffs issues. It's a good company to build your security experience.

Great people to work with. Easy going management and staff. Flexible work hours with lots of fun at work. Hardworking staff are rewarded in the end. Overall, great work environment.

A very good company, supervisor and managers we’re good, their very accommodating. Their very professional and understanding.the only problem is we’re underpaid.
