Absolutely was so excited to start working for this company, and anyone whom I'd come in contact with or in passing were always so friendly, helpful and respectful towards me. What little interactions I had with the office staff (management,senior staff,HR,QA) they were also easy to get along with..just didn't see them too often in production so of course easy to get along with. Great work hours, no weekends while I was there; pay was always on time. 
Just a bit disappointing they got shutdown and won't be reopening, because if the structuring was a little different, I could of seen myself staying there til I was ready to retire. 😞

As someone who has only been with the company for two years, I have managed to learn about new and exciting things! Starting out as Packaging Technician, I now take what I've learned there and apply it to my current position. I enjoy working as a Quality Assurance Technician, and while there are times where it can be stressful; meeting deadlines and accommodating other team members with what they may need, I feel a sense of accomplishment. For a small company, we all work together meet our goal. I appreciate the people I work with; how friendly and helpful they are, and as the company continues to grow, I look forward to seeing what more there is to it, as well as the industry! 

Never before in my life have I not dreaded going to work on Monday until I started at OGEN. I feel challenged and supported on a day to day basis and I feel like my opinion and hard work matters. I feel like we’re all important pieces in the big picture, from sanitation to finance to packaging and I feel like that sense of importance strives me to want to come to work everyday. I just returned from maternity leave and my colleagues and manager/director have been so supportive and allow me to manage my work life balance so that I am able to take care of my family when I need to without worry.  



I have been working as Processing Technician for over 2 years, one of the best company’s I have ever worked for. I am so glad to have found a company that is so wonderful. OGEN was a great place to work with a decent balance of work and life, never have to ask for a raise, they give them out annually. The management and most of the people are good to work with. My experience is really great and learning many things about cannabis. I throughly enjoyed my time working at OGEN. This workplace felt more like home than work and this is my second home.


I have worked at OGEN since 2018 and it has been a challenging but extremely rewarding workplace. All team members care about driving the industry forward with the resources we can use. Even during industry shake-ups, everyone bands together to come up with creative solutions to the never before seen problems in the cannabis industry. I truly believe OGEN will make it in this industry because we all care about what we do and we all motive/learn from each other.

This is my first Job in canada and I dont think it can get better then this. They all were very welcoming specially my senior staff. Everyone helped me in getting comfortable within workplace. HR manager helped me alot in settling in and understanding my all tasks at job. They are always encouraging to improve and learn. I feel lucky to have this opportunity as I see good chance to grow and learn more skills in this company. 

I've been at OGEN for over a year now and I love my job. I've been given trust and respect from my managers and opportunity to grow and expand my role. 

In an industry as tumultuous as this, the people working beside you every day make all the difference in the world and my coworkers have become more than just rockstars at their jobs, they've become friends. 

I like working for OGEN because people treat each other nicely. The work can be challenging when it is busy, but friendly faces and fair pay makes it okay. The people are passionate and care about the product. It makes me care too. So far, it's a fun place to work and I look forward to going to work in the morning.

OGEN is a great place to work! It's a busy and challenging environment which is what I enjoy. The people are supportive, fun and encouraging. The cannabis industry is always changing and sometimes demanding but we share a common goal and together we persevere. I feel appreciated and hard work doesn't go unnoticed. There is also lots of opportunity to grow in the company which is also exciting.   

It's an honor to work  at Ogen because there's an opportunities in every step you have, clean facility, people fell happy at work most of the time, very friendly staff and it's paid fairly as well, a  good benefits offer to everybody, it's a great company to work with. I can see myself more moe years in this company.
