Coworkers are very helpful and friendly, very team oriented, the office is nice but a little old. Lots of fun media corporate events. Management needs to work on cultivating talent and giving people room to grow and work on different projects. Marketing Science needs to feel less exclusive and more inclusive.

OMD is a great agency for those looking to learn and find opportunities for growth. However, if you're looking for a good work/life balance and culture within the workplace, this is not the place for you. Having said all that, they are working to improve it!

Lots of clients across many industries. Gained a wealth of knowledge in digital marketing and tons of contacts which helped along my career. Days can be long but always interesting.

OMD is an okay place to work.  Depending on the department, there is support from management to succeed and be productive.
Sometimes Media Vendors come in and provide treats to promote their services.

A decent first job if you are willing to put in long hours and receive a non-competitive salary. Working directly in the emerging field of digital marketing.

I currently still work at OMD and have no plans of leaving soon. The company values work-life balance, comes with great benefits and encourages you to move up in the company.

This was my first job out of school. You will learn a lot on the job. Have a chance to work on a lot of big clients. The entry salary was not great but you do have opportunity to move up.

Not a strong company culture. Very corporate setting. 
They do have lots of free food in the office though. So if you ever go in you don’t need to pack a lunch.

Good place to work! Lots of clients and support for job. Be careful to not overwork. Good benefits and vacation! Plus extra day at long weekend and holiday closure.
