Life fact and u can see part of reality ur life then ur learn and always u should be postive and give them positivity too

When they r clearing their birthday and festivals get together make them happy

Very supportive environment, flexible schedule that fits most needs A great company to work for

The distance of travel, covering to much area and cost of maintenance on vehicle makes it not worth it

Excellent. Company is very supportive of cultural diversity and has many positive things going for it

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Again schedule is very flexible where I could start from home and end up in office. Out in community doing home visits/ intakes

Clients and co workers best part of the job. 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Computer programs difficult to navigate,big learning curve. Dupervisors are remote.



What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Supportive,at times encouraging,in general health.  Enjoyed my job,most times.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Could be stressful,short staff alot. Mostly satisfying.

ONE CARE is provides important community services and for the most part, does it quite well. The work in all areas is demanding AND personally rewarding, but true job satisfaction for most will not happen until the workers organize. 

The work was fast-paced and we had a great deal of responsibility-including on-call hours.  We felt that people were depending on us- but we could not meet their needs, no matter how hard we worked. Management was often adversarial and seemed to believe we were exaggerating about our work loads.

I worked on the administrative team at ONE CARE and I loved it. I always felt like my ideas were valued and I was respected as a team player. I highly recommend ONE CARE to anyone looking for HR or Marketing experience. 

I absolutely loved working for this company. I was treated like a human being and not just another number. They try their best to match you with the right clients so that both you and the client get the best experience possible. The only downfall would be the pay.

The best part of my job is helping the clients and the great team of co workers I have.  My co workers hep me through the day
I am grateful for the positive feedback the clients give me when they are pleased with the service I have provided.

I have worked for one care for just over two years now. I’ve never worked for a company that was so caring and supportive before. It helps the i have such an amazing supervisor. Only downfall is they are understaffed. I’ve never been given more than I can handle though

I would not recommend this employer to anyone. Management is bad to their staff. You will be overworked and underpaid. They will put yiu in a position that you did not apply for and keep you there.
