What is the best part of working at the company?
Hours and pay. Most of the people are good and fun to work with. Job is relatively low stress 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Being second guessed and criticized for almost everything you do. Not much for training you have to wing it most of the time.   After a year you will get kicked to the curb with little explanation then they will replace you immediately after.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
It's ok but there are better out there who treat you with more respect and appreciation. I'm currently happily at a place that does just that.

Lots of long hour meetings. Lack of direction and Communication. Opportunity to attend free courses such as MS Project, etc.
A typical day at work will start early and can end up being late. lots of support work for project, interacting with IT etc. Learned to manage and coordinate large meetings involving 30-100 people. Management could use some improvement. Manager lacks capability of giving direction and less communication. Coworkers were helpful. Hardest part of the job was to take meeting minutes in 10 hours long meeting involving 25 people.

The management is terrible. The drama between the owner and one of his managers affects the atmosphere almost daily. Yelling at staff is considered normal and the conditions of food prep have put me off eating there, permanently. For example, I was once in charge of cutting some vegetables, I noticed that this one particular piece was almost all riddled with mold so I threw it out. The owner saw and went into the garbage and told me in so uncertain terms that I should cut around the mold.

It was a great place to work and meet new people. The people i worked with were fantastic, hard working and friendly people that succeeded to accomplish their life time goals. Unfortunately I moved out of town and had to cancel my employment there. Overall, they were an amazing experience to be apart of.

I graduated as a Pharmacy Assistant from Medix College last November 2013. Recently I'm doing volunteer two days a week at Pathway Pharmacy at downtown 130 Adelaide St West, I have good knowledge of Fillware and Nexxys Software system also dispensing prescription, Blister Pack, Filling, packaging and cashier also i'm great of inventory control and more...

I enjoyed working at Opa.
Its a awesome place to work, everyone got along, management is great, very easy to get along with. 
Id highly recommend going there even if it is to eat :)

The superviser I had was very rude and didn’t teach me anything. Was let go a week into working there because they had an older employee come back to work with them. Wont even eat at opa after that waste of time.

Working for opa was a great experance for me.
i got to learn how to make many different dishes of food and i was able to finish my prep work on time. I was able to work at a fast pace for free pita day, We gave away over 1,500 pitas.

Working in retail and food industry has been a fun and fast paced experience. I've learnt alot about of food, safety of handling food, and cashier duties which can be transferred and used in other areas of life.

fast-food restaurant...u need to work hard and must to have gud customer service . must be able to work as team member.and most important in rush hours you need to focus on each customer to provide good customer service
