What is the best part of working at the company?
There isn’t one. Very poorly managed company. They are not interested in you personally. 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
There is no accountability from management, they all walk around looking and talking on their phones. They are also not very encouraging. 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
It is unprofessional and rifled with employees that just don’t care about how they perform their jobs. 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Long and arduous. We don’t enjoy our shifts, just count the hours down until we blissfully get to go home.

It was a neat environment to work in the airport however every single department was severely understaffed. Management were understaffed and every worker under appreciated. Guests are constantly upset at slow service, however staff could not keep up with high volume. Sometimes there would only be one person running an entire restaurant. If need to refund, manager is busy with another problem across the terminal. No way to help guests. Would not have been as bad if they just properly staffed the departments and took care of their employees. Not to mention pay is almost minimum wage


Great place to work and positive team environment , best for part timers and students , multicultural environment and high chances for growth and work with different departments 

Not the best management and takes a long time to get all the way inside the airport. Though you do get free food for the first week of training and discounts after.

Manager work long hours  no work life balance. 
Hardest part is standing/walking throughout your shift 
Directors don’t care about workers.
Lot of managers turnover 



Management doesn’t really care about what ou have to say, they’re also no consistency in anything.  No consistency in the rules, no consistency in the money etc 

Good place to work as a young teen. Work there for four years during university. Flexible shifts, management is okay but can improve. Nice discounts on food,

It's a decent company to start your career. But it's not suitable for long term growth. Employees are good people. Management needs to get better than it is as of now. 

management needs improvement, they treat employees like they are disposable. decent place to be depending on location/shift, but not good long-term.
