The company is fantastic to work for, great benefits, really relaxed atmosphere. But upward mobility is next to impossible. The compagny brings people in from France alot.

The CEO runs the company without any input from others, and its really poorly organized. Major outages happen that are completely preventable because they're more focused on launching new product than making the actual ones work properly.

No company direction and heavily segmented with no alignment or vision. Management is extremely unaware and provide no support. It's like a teacher failing a student but never having taught the course. Rely on volume low level sales and the organization and support both internal and external are horrendous. Stay away. Few people stay there for any more than a few months to 1-2 years tops. 

OVH is a great place to work! I love the work I get to do on a daily basis and all the challenges that are given to me. Don't get me wrong we work very hard and  push ourselves but the outcomes of our work is so satisfying. I'm very proud to be a part of such a pivotal moment in the OVH history and call myself an OVHer!

Big management shift during 2023-2024 which was for the worse for the employee in general. Other than that it's a fine workplace but its the kind of management that would prefer giving you company stuff (backpack, sweater, t-shirt, etc. *at least it's high quality) or bonuses over a substancial raise (not simply because of the price of life going up). Also very slow when it comes to career growth.

With all my skills, talents and knowledge of this company they are still giving what could be a good advancement job to a outside hire.

The place pays less than anyone else in the industry. Offering $18/hr but expecting people with Technical DEP qualifications. 

Management seemed very poor. They were always scrambling to get things done last minute. Service outages were constant, customers were impacted regularly and nothing was done to actually fix issues.

Not a high tech company, then salary is lower compare to competitors, but you are not a number into an xls cell.
Human relation are great, but can sometime be difficult with historical people who consider themselves as right hand of god.
