I started working at OVIO just a couple weeks after arriving in Toronto. I wanted to break into the sales and marketing industry but knew I needed to start somewhere that would give me the growth I wanted professionally. I started in sales and then five months in was promoted to an HR recruiting role. This company has given me the opportunity to challenge myself, make connections with amazing people, and develop a competitive skill set in half the time I imagined. It’s hard work but the results and the people make it so worth it.

The reason I really enjoy working here is the great atmosphere. And people are always positive and super motivated. On top of that everyone keeps challenging themselves and best part is they are always there to help you. It makes me feel super involved and connected like a family. And it has a great opportunity to grow here!

A typical day for entry level sales is 10hrs in office and on field doing sales. 

Learned sales systems and brushed on my leadership skills.

Management is young with a lot of mistakes and IQ pride.

Hardest part was the weather and dealing with retrogressive colleagues at work.

Love it would have never left if only was closer to my place thanks for the opportunity and good luck all...

A great opportunity to learn sales. Awesome atmosphere, and amazing manager. Hours are long, and stress can be an issue with 100 percent commission. Great place to learn skills.

Earnings are based on performance, so the harder you work the better you do. On top of that OVIO provides you with a great work environment surrounded be self motivated people who are willing to help and coach you whenever necessary.

It was a door to door sales hence we had training in the office learning pitches and reviewing previous sale successes. it was loads of fun and motivational speeches. then we hit the road at noon till 8pm. it exposed us to the reality of life in canada and made us strong.
