Great owners, good team in the field and office, cooperation within all company functions, lots of equipment on hand and willing to invest as required, full time in-house mechanics, and big yard.

I've been in the industry for several years and haven't met such a wonderful team. Everyone is always willing to help to ensure goals are being met. Fun work environment with a healthy work-life balance. Hardest part of the job is saying NO to the Shop/Office dog when begging for food.

Throw Professionalism out the window if you are going to associate with Oakpark . I had an awful experience working here. I strongly recommend not working here go apply somewhere else that treats you properly.

Everyone treats everyone with repect and will help any way they can. Free coveralls and other benefits to working here. I never see or hear my boss. Just a good company to work for.

It's a busy place and ive been able to work with a couple of different crews on different jobs. The other guys are good when I have a question and have been showing me how they do stuff and why cause I want to move up.

Great place to work if you want to work all the time. Management was a little disorganized. Lots of new employees all of the time. Wasn’t the best fit for me

The bosses only care about a select few the rest of the people get treated very poorly. They don’t care about you or your safety. If I were you I would stay far away from this company.

Friendly staff both in office and field. Multi trade with opportunities for cross training. Lots of work and opportunities for advancement within the organization.

The company keeps growing and evolving leaving lots of room to learn and apply new skills. Laid-back, friendly, open-door environment across all levels.
