Oakridge is a great place to work, especially for new graduates. The are so many things to learn, it basically everything and more that one would have learned in the classroom. Trainers are nothing short of awesome, and the accounting processes are explained and demonstrated in a manner for everyone to visualize, understand and practice. 

The HR department has several programs to enrich staff as well as providing top class health and dental coverage. Flexibility of work hours makes it more conducive for better work-life balance .

You won't advance, if you do expect it to take 1-2 years in training before you get a 4% wage increase. You won't get cost of living adjustments, or if you do it will be well below inflation.

You will be expected to do more work than time, and if you're a hard worker you're rewarded with more work and no compensation change.

Managment is busy always in meetings, lots of pressure, workload is overated, alot of micromanaging. 
 Too many unneccesary breaks, alot of "cake days", time should be utilized more efficient. 
A lot of the office isn't up to date with technology and accounting systems. Would not ever work here again.

This is a diverse office that has a great number of employees from different countries. The company have parking lots, and provides emploee discount. Provide standing tables if needed.

Good team environment, depending on the team you were on. Office very divided between the floors. Pay is low, but entry level job. Good for getting started in your accounting career, but none of the work is relevant to training taught in school 

Work is interesting, environment is comfortable, good opportunity to improve your technical skills.  Social Committee tries to keep things fun while being mindful of Covid.

Those employees that do a good job get more work, but no proper pay for the amount of work. There is no one really to talk to about concerns, the HR team was switched out weekly it seemed. 

Management is amazing and a great place to start your career. Work environment is super supportive. Great benefits including birthday snacks every month. even snack days.

Great place to build your experience and learn new skills. The managers and employees make it enjoyable to work there. Great place to get acquainted with acocunting software

Managers and all the staff members are really nice and helpful. Prioritize work and arrange group meetings. Apart from all this fun activities are also apart of this job.
