Was given the position on the spot at the interview after answering one question, which should have been a red flag. Was then invited to begin review of their policies and procedures, which time I was never paid for.
  The agency as a whole lacked communication. House Manager was clearly burnt out and over worked and took it out on the employees. During my first shift, I showed up thinking I was only working a training shift, received 3 hours of "training" and then left alone with a high needs client, during a night shift I wasn't even scheduled for. Was given different wages when working day shifts and night shifts which was never communicated prior too, and constantly scheduled for 24 hour shifts.  The schedule was always given to staff late or last minute, so you could never plan for days off.  Clients were miserable, and often lacked resources or activities. Was told to use my own money to take clients to activities/program. 

The company (as a whole) does not communicate with one another in a professional manner. They are very unorganized and treat there employee's unfairly and lack much respect.
