Start about 8:30, then work till 5

While I  was there the Company  seemed to be engaged in a confrontational type of management style.
Prior to my arrival several senior officers thorough out the fleet  had either left on there own accord or had left  for other reasons. After my departure the purge continued. This time the departures included management personal.

Great atmosphere to work, always a new task or project to work on. Coworkers are great to be around. Would highly recommend Oceanex as a workplace for somebody looking to pursue a career in the transportation industry.

I enjoyed working at Oceanex. Friendly people and fast paced environment. It is a busy environment with great management. Many new components to learn with this company that is busy everyday of the year.

Could be a decent job if it was run properly. Management are hard to get along with. Money is half decent but no work/life balance. You will be on nightshift for years until you can work your way up to days 

Great benefits, insurance and pension plans but management offer no support at all, are useless and doesn't understand 3pl business and don't want to understand. 

I would not recommend this company ever, unless you need added stress, then it's the dream job to have.
Best part of my day was leaving that place everyday

old ship here, dirty exhaust from main engine, rude officers, low pay. the food is not good and there is a lot of backbites. there is really nothing to learn.

I only worked with Oceanex for a week and everyone was very helpful and friendly.
