- Lots of place for improvement and gradually over the year saw lots of changes to make processes more automated than manual when I started,  - Enjoyed working with the people and say lots of potential since arrival of new director of production very experienced person always smiling and very positive person,  Always says hello and treats you as you are very important to the company even if you are a simple employee,  Very nice man.
-see lots of future potential if new director stays and continues his will to improve.

check with recieving and shipping employees.
check with production schedual.
review orders to be shipped for end of day.
verify with QC department for any back-order releases.
verify with purchasing and production planning with inventory levels.
Had a great staff who worked great and responsible.
The operations manager was great to work for as well as the office and QC departments.
Hardest part of the job was getting replacement staff when they left.
The most enjoyable part of the job was the respect i recieved from my staff when days were extreamly busy and the jobs got done.

Teamwork is encouraged. Good work is rewarded. Management team works cohesively. Must be well organized, driven and willing to multi-task during the day. Everyone works onsite and atmosphere is friendly. A social committee organizes company sponsored events - ie barbqs., bowling night etc..  A yoga class is offered once a week during lunch. Overall, great employees thrive in this environment!

There is no best thing there .The working culture is so toxic!  No respect to personnel!!

Working area and cultural work is so toxic

Highly toxic !! and  like slavery behaviors

Very high turnover
The owner put his nose in every little thing to make it worse by treating the employee very bad. In my opinion he will never change so if you have another choice don't try this company because for sure you will not last long. It's third world company in Canada.
They sell the expired products to their employees!!!

The most instable job I had ever have in my career because of the childish behavior of the CEO.

It all began well but after just a couple of days inside the company I started to realized that everything about this man is wrong.

the management is not the best accommodation life balance is not there
i do love the job but no opportunity of advancement
they prefer to keep at same level and hire someone else for ajob you could do if trained

Never work for this company. Toxic and toxic environment. If you want to be sick apply for this company. Directions are really sick, they treated people as in 1902.  However, my suggestion is better stay home than work for Odan and get sick.

Bad management and bad decisions. No recognition for work accomplished. No work/life balance possible as it is perceived as not being a team player by management.

Very ordinary company nothing special , no benefits or life/ work balance, the management dept need to work to  keep their employees motivated , you dont get any recognition for your work.
