Don't spend your time working for greedy people who only cares about making loads and loads of money on your back, only thinking their reason for success are their wonderful management and values.

They direct their business on a stupid "lean management" book and even worst they tell about it to their employees! A real freaking scam!

Most of their best employees and managers already went away being tired of their bull**it. If you want a good life, don't work for Office Interiors!

Family based business and the family is the only people that have job security. No diversity. Their cores and values are preached NOT practiced. The lazy worker that doesn't speak their minds will always have a job there. Strong minded people have short careers there. Management hates to be seen as unknowledgable. Poor training. You are made to wear multiple hats but only paid for one. No one takes Accountability for wrongdoing and blame is placed on the next level. Don't waste your time there. 

I had a great experience working at Office Interiors! Management encouraged and supported both personal and professional growth and lead by example through their commitment to community initiatives and charitable involvement. Communication was excellent between management and employees, and the impression was the organization was always looking for ways to stay ahead of the competition.
Had a move to Ontario not pulled me away, I would still be happily pursuing my career at Office Interiors.

Had the absolute pleasure of being a service tech for little over 3 years. Was the absolute best career i ever had. Was a great work life balance and had the best experience while working with some of the nicest/hardworking people in the industry.  Management was great (s/o to Danny) and the culture was very welcoming. Might sound cheesy, but was very easy to love the way you work with Office Interiors. Thank you for everything!

I cannot stress enough how amazing the office culture is at Office Interiors. I have never worked in an environment where the company prides itself on loving the way you work. No matter what area of the business you work in, all of your coworkers and managers are very friendly and want to see you succeed. 
This is the kind of workplace where if your coworkers see you’re swamped, they will ask to see how they can help.

You really feel like management actually cares about employees and everyone on the team is helpful and friendly. Just overall a positive place to come to work every day. 

I was a Service Technician for Office Interiors for 10 month. I was  really happy there. They kept every promise they made and always treated my with respect! The management actually listens, and follows up on useful ideas. Positive attitude and very professional! Good  work gets acknowledged and that encourages people to give there best!

This is a great company that lives their values. They are people and community focused and have created a corporate culture that is fun and inclusive.  True leadership was obvious as they navigated the past 3 challenging years, with business remaining strong. Overall just a great place to work!

Office Interiors is a great company to work with and has amazing work culture. They value their employees and appreciate the hard work. I will always be grateful for the opportunity to be part of the company. 

The true character of the company and it's leadership was shown throughout the tough times over the past few years. Leadership was positive and business stayed strong. There was a lot of comfort knowing your career was in good hands.
