I worked here for 2 years and in the time here we’ve had over 4 managers, all are worse than the last. The head office sends you damaged supplies and expects you to make it presentable. We get in trouble for things even if we weren’t working that day. If you tend to do things a certain way that works but not how they would do it they will cut all your hours and make you quit 

I worked at the shops at don mills location when it first opened. The manager was the worst manager I have ever dealt with in my life. She lacked all the management and communication skills and had no respect to the employees. She would say that we shouldn’t talk during our shift event if there was no customers. The environment was very stressful, I wouldn’t recommend it. 

The environment was very stressful. Managers are extremely disrespectful and rude. Mostly spoke French even though it was a Toronto location, and did not care to include other employees. Due to the lake of understanding English there was lake of communication. They do not consider their employees they only care for the target. Do not recommend 

Head office is so rude and strict, they spy on you  managers are disgustingly rude to employees, you’ll never get a raise and you may be fired without reason,

The job wasn't horrible however it was a paying job. You must love children and the parents that come with them. You spend the day selling clothes for babies.
