Please look at going to another daycare I had two and half years in the company and I bent over backwards for them.  Did everything on time was trustworthy and very dependable.  This place is all about gossip and all the lead teachers have to do nothing so the one that dose all the work gets in trouble but the ones that do nothing they stay.  They really need to listen to the ones who actually care about the center then the ones who don't care.  If anything they put people who don't really deserve to be lead teacher and put you on the lower list.  Don't work here unless you have a good attuide about not listening to the gossip that goes' around this place.  The good people get in trouble and the bad ones are off the hook.  After everything I have done for them they let me go because someone lied about using my phone if you are threat they will do anything to get you out.

The best part of the day is watching children flourish, and the hardest part is working 10 hour days. The day is very structured in routine, and teachers are expected to do Circle time for at least 30 minutes (or longer) twice a day. While there are some children who can sit for that extended period of time, the majority of kids begin to feel antsy making it even stressful to keep going. There are a lot of high expectations for teachers for the unfair pay + no benefits that are given. Staff and management are accomodating, but the owners can be apathetic to your concerns and feelings during hard times.

The place is falling apart. Sooooo many things are broken (windows, light fixtures, cabinets, outlets, flooring, all classrooms have little to no working lights). Management and Owner are unsupportive, disrespectful and expect way too much. Teachers are made to pay for most things out of their own pocket. The Head Teacher only gets forty dollars a month for supplies. Bad employees get way too many chances and good employees get in trouble. A lot of teachers are leaving so they will hire anyone. Making the other teachers pick up the slack. The rules are followed for some families and not for others.

Some staff were okay but there was a lot of gossip and tension.  The staff are the least of the problems.  The owner is absolutely horrible.  She is selfish and only cares about how much money goes into her pocket.  You will not get recognized for your hard work.  You will not get a raise even though you get put into a position where you're doing twice the amount of work that you once were or the amount of years that you have been there.  Many workers have left due to unfair treatment.  I would not recommend working for this company.

While the staff and some managers were great, the director/owner was not appealing to work with. The seniority & loyalty level that some staff has for this company is not even acknowledged as the employer can go behind your back at any time. They say they "care" to your face, but their actions really show the opposite... Low wages and no reasonable raise given based on the number of years and hard work given.  Honestly, I wouldn't recommend working for this company.

This company is a great place to work for.  Very supportive staff and management.  Staff and management are eager and willing to help when needed.  The pay is competitive and they have a good benefit package.  The owner loves curriculum and management staff work collaboratively with staff to come up with new and creative ways to stimulate learning for the children.  The owner and management staff are committed to establishing Olivia DiMaio as an Educational facility delivering a quality program.

I absolutely love working here! The atmosphere is fantastic! The staff are nice, management is also very accommodating to days off needed and different situations. I work full time and go to school online full time and they are very good with giving me the days off I requested! This is a wonderful place to work, would 100% recommend to someone looking to join the team.

Working for Olivia Di Maio was an amazing experience, staff and management are very helpful and lovely to work with. A very supportive and understanding place of work, miss working there dearly but had to leave due to personal advancement else where.

I worked at the sprucewood location. Great place to work. Staff is supportive and you’ll get help if you need it. I loved my time there and I’m sad it had to end so quickly. Great staff. Felt like a family. There was lots of love and we worked together as a team. 

I have had a lot of great times at the day care helping out a lot with the kids. we did a lot together on field trips and snack time and nap time and lunch time and gym time and walk time and many more different activities all day.
