Work Life Balance is good; no room for expansion as the company is too small.  If you want to further your career; Olon is not the company that you would like to work for.  Very nice environment and people to work for.

Slow prod..most times the machines are down...good pay but boring..cause its robotic..other dept is busy where theyre laminating mouldings..but because its woodworks..so dusty..wear mask everyday

Overall I would have to say that this company was all round a pretty friendly and fair company. Communication between the supervisor and the employees was great. Training of new jobs needing to be done was excellent. Employees were very team oriented.

Good summer job. Learned how to operate new machines and trouble shoot problems. Hands on experience with these machines allowed for a better understanding of operating machines in the future. However I was only hired as a temp summer employee.

Great people, great work environment, enjoyed going to work everyday. It was unfortunate that my position was consolidated but I did leave on great terms.

When I worked here they marched someone out the door with a box containing  personal desk items in front of everyone at least once a week. The loved firing people
