Telemarketing in which you had to purchase your own phone to work. Making outbound calls in which you have your supervisor standing over your shoulder screaming sales guys sales. When trying to sound professional on the phone with your customers how does that make customers want to sign up with your company when the phone call sounds like a joke. Very unprofessional and dis organized.

A company dealing in out going and incoming calls. Excellent environment and peers were great to work with. Had the opportunity of getting new program and executing it. This was given to Call Center Representatives who had showed excellent results. Was one of the Agent who was able to meet the quotas.

So its like light and sound.. ya see it it looks good but when ya hear it.. its horrible..  management here was its own small click of people.. highschool antics.. drama.. and the old equipment.. no advancement unless you were buddy buddy with the management..  

I left Omega  because the company let the Sudbury area.

I started as a CSR and moved up to operations supervisor.

The management were not the easiest to work for
