Omron Dualtic, an electronic organization that uphold the TS and ISO standard in quality.  Job work/life balance was excellent.  Salary was good.  At the time job security was very secured but due to automotive fall out in the US, it was shut down in Canada.  Advancement was ideal, because education and training was encourage among employees.  Management was always helpful to it's  employees both business and personal affairs. The company was respectful of the ethnic background of it's employees and everybody was given a chance to adjust and develop the technical training and educational knowledge of the product manufactured.

What is the best part of working at the company?
Management support on quality and development program.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Developing OEE system and traceability.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Very nice and clean environment. Good green building.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Collecting and analyzing data and trouble shooting the product problem.

An afternoon shift. The first job wherein I was trained to operate an auto part assembly machines. Time management is so crucial. My co-workers were mostly experts and know the job so well. The hardest part of the job is when the machine malfunctions, which means lesser number of production for the shift. The most enjoyable part of the job is when you hit the highest number and quality output.

Product engineer in Omron has to deal with the whole life cycle of product from concept to production. Many emails and phone calls on daily basis. Real Design and development time is squeezed to minimum. Co-worker are nice. Management is ok. The hardest part is the communication as global company. Efficiency needs to improve as the way the system is set up.

Japanese system.  Engineering changes going through stages of checking procedure by various teams to ensure documentations correct before launch.  Working in such organization requires good GD&T knowledge, product support, presentation skills, problem solving and root cause analysis skills, etc.

Omron Canada Inc is nice place to work. I worked for 6 years. Got learnt different technologies. My IT manager (Application) is the nice person. I enjoyed to work with him and rest of the team members.
I was spending long hours to support the company and it was regarded in alternative holidays, Bonuses etc.

i love working at Omron. Every night theres always new things to learned. coworkers are great and theyre wiling to give me a hand and trained me how to function some of the machine. 

the hardest part was, they have to close down and move the productions somewhere in mexico..

the company was a good place to work in because it was very clean,well manage and people are happy working.I learned to be focused,detail oriented,team player and worked well with everyone.The most concerning issue was when they decided to move the company to United states.
